Just like you, Jasmine Parent was struggling with her weight. She tried many tricks and exercises which did not work for her. However, in the year 2012 when Jasmine was in college, she observed that her weight was finally getting under control. She used to feel lighter than she used to be before. Sadly, her father passed away the very next year. This caused Jasmine emotion problem in which she used to eat a lot even without realizing it.

In one interview Jasmine told that she began eating immensely without even caring or realizing about it. She is from Canada. She told in one interview that for almost three years since her father died, she was just gaining weight. In the year 2016, Jasmine's first daughter was born. This resulted in her weight to go up to 250 pounds. After her second pregnancy, her weight increased to 250 pounds.

It was December 2017. In her annual Christmas get-together, they all posed for a group photo. When Jasmine saw the picture she realized the amount of fat which she has gained. She saw how different she looked as compared to her friends. This was the end of her current body.


After that, she was looking for some inspiration on Instagram when she found the 21-Day Meal Plan. The cost for that was only $20. Jasmine thought that she spends that much amount on McDonald's every week so she decided to sign up for that.

Jasmine wanted a plan to maintain her structure but which was not crazy enough for her to follow. The diet was a simple one. There was not any restriction on the amount of food to be taken. She usually ate whole foods.

The name of the diet was 21-Days Meal Plan due to the reason that experts believe that if you do something continuously for 21 days you are likely to continue to stick to it. This proved extremely helpful for Jasmine.
Now she is 29 years of age and weighs 174 pounds.



Jasmine says that the reason why she is able to lose so much weight is due to her patience. She is extremely delighted by her new look. Jasmine once said that she was dealing with anxiety her whole life and now that she has lost so much of her weight she is able to control her emotions. She feels less stress in her life as her overall mood has been improved. She loves the way she looks when she sees herself in the mirror.

The advice that Jasmine gave to all those people who are trying to lose weight is to choose a diet-plan which fits your lifestyle completely. Since everyone has a different body, we need a diet which is most flexible for us. It requires heavy patience if you want to see a small weight scale number. She says that once you start something, you need to finish that in the required time.
